A distillation workshop was organised yesterday by #1000 Escapes with our herbalist and nutritionist #Mariam Khan  author of the book Healthy Living in Cyprus who has elaborated about the healing properties of Fennel and its uses in gastronomy.

Our warmest thanks to #Varnavas Theodorou of #Forest Park Hotel for hosting the event and the complimentary fennel and orange peel tea which was offered to all the participants.
