ÜLKE GENELİNDE, ASAYİŞ VE TRAFİK DENETİMLERİNE DEVAM EDİLİYOR…
Halkımızın huzur ve güvenliği için dün akşam ülke genelinde, eş zamanlı asayiş ve trafik denetimleri gerçekleştirildi.
Lefkoşa, Gazimağusa, Girne, Güzelyurt ve İskele Polis Müdürlükleri’nin sorumluluk sahalarında gerçekleştirilen denetimler kapsamında; eğlence mekânları, kahvehaneler, pansiyonlar, gece kulüpleri, alkollü içki satışı yapılan yerler, bahis evleri, marketler, pansiyonlar ve kumarhaneler ile halkın yoğun olarak bulunduğu yerler kontrol edildi.
Ülke Genelindeki Asayiş Denetimleri Kapsamında;
(1) İzin kurallarına uymadıkları tespit edilen 6 gece kulübü işletmecisi aleyhinde yasal işlem başlatılmıştır.
(2)Kapatma saatine uymadığı tespit edilen bir eğlence mekanı işletmecisi aleyhinde yasal işlem başlatılmıştır.
(3)İzinsiz olarak seyyar satış yaptığı tespit edilen bir kişi aleyhinde yasal işlem başlatılmıştır.
(4)Kumarhaneye girmeleri ve bulunmaları yasak olan toplam 107 kişi tespit edilerek aleyhlerinde yasal işleme gidilmiştir.
Ülke Genelindeki Trafik Denetimleri Kapsamında; toplam 4697 araç sürücüsü kontrol edilmiş ve 22’si alkollü içki tesiri altında araç kullanma, 3’ü sürüş ehliyetsiz araç kullanma, 274’ü belirlenen hız sınırının üzerinde süratli araç kullanma olmak üzere, toplam 1012 araç sürücüsü çeşitli trafik suçlardan rapor edilerek aleyhlerinde yasal işlem başlatılırken, 63 sürücünün aracı trafikten men edilmiş ve 2 sürücü ise tutuklanmıştır.
NATIONWIDE, LAWS AND TRAFFIC INSPECTIONS CONTINUES… For the peace and safety of our people, simultaneous order and traffic inspections were carried out across the country yesterday evening. Within the scope of the inspections carried out in the fields of responsibility of the Nicosia, Gazimağusa, Girne, Güzelyurt and İskele Police Departments; entertainment venues, cafes, boarding houses, night clubs, places where alcohol is sold,
betting houses, markets, markets, pensions and casinos were heavily inspected. Within the Scope of Law enforcement Audits Across the Country; (1) Legal action has been initiated against 6 nightclub managers who were found to not comply with the permit rules. (2)A legal action has been initiated against an entertainment venue manager who was found to have not complied with the closing time. (3) Legal action has been initiated against a person who was found to be selling mobile without permission.
(4) A total of 107 people who are not allowed to enter or stay in casinos have been identified and legal action has been taken against them. Within the scope of Traffic Inspections across the country; a total of 4697 drivers were checked and 22 were driving under the influence of alcohol, 3 were driving without a driving license and 274 were driving over the specified speed limit, a total of 1012 drivers were reported for various traffic offences and legal proceedings were initiated against them, while 63 drivers’ vehicles Traffic was banned and 2 drivers were arrested.
